TuCAHEA’s Fourth Plenary Conference and Working Meeting will be held in Samarkand on 14 - 15 November 2014. The conference will be organized by the Uzbek Country Coordinator, Pulatkhon Lutfullyaev of Namangan State University, and hosted by the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages, with the assistance of the TuCAHEA partners in SamSIFL. The ‘Core Group’, or Coordinating Committee will meet before and after the plenary activities, on 13 and 16 November 2014, in order to fine-tune the opening session and to evaluate the results and prepare the follow-up.

The Fourth Conference will have a full agenda: Finalisation of the Reference Points and Guidelines for the eight TuCAHEA Subject Area Groups (in Business, Economics, Education, Engineering, Environmental Protection and Food Safety, History, Language and Law), the organisation of the Pilot student mobility in the Central Asian Region (selection of the student applications and matching of the applications with the host institutions), evaluation and extension of the Pilot Course Catalogues prepared by the partner institutions, and preparation for participation in Erasmus+.

Members of TuCAHEA’s sister project, UZHELTH, will attend part of the meetings.
On the morning of 14 November 2014, there will be a public opening session, in which the achievements of TuCAHEA will be presented, and the goals still to be achieved illustrated.
