On 15 October 2013 TuCAHEA celebrated its first birthday

The TuCAHEA project started officially on 15 October 2012, and will last for three years. In its first year TuCAHEA has grown fast, and has reached all its planned goals. The beginning of the new year was celebrated in various ways, amongst others with eloquent toasts at the Kyrgyz Country Meeting, held in Talas on 13-15 October.

The end of the first year is a time for summing up, and also for looking forward to the new challenges and opportunities that face the Consortium, as we move towards the Second Plenary and Working Conference to be held in Bishkek next month.
